PolySmooth™ and Polysher™

At Polymaker we always want to make 3D printing more useful.  This has always been our core mission.  We, therefore, challenged ourselves to solve the age old problem with surface quality and layer resolution.  Today we are here with an affirmative answer and solution to this problem. We are excited to introduce to you our latest innovation, the result of two years’ research and development – an entirely new solution to dramatically improve the surface quality of 3D printed parts.

With this technology, you can now, for the first time, get 3D printed parts without layers. It is easy to use and works with all existing FDM/FFF printers and you wont have to rob a bank. The launch of this new product comes in the form of a material and machine to work in tandem.

Offering excellent printing quality, balanced mechanical properties, and, most importantly, the “smoothability”. PolySmooth’s material properties are very similar to that of PLA, printing at 190-210 ˚C with no heated bed/chamber required.


Achieve exceptional results with just a turn of the dial. The Polysher™ was designed with a minimal and simplistic interface. Simply place your 3D printed part onto the plate, close the chamber and turn the dial to set your time. It’s that easy
